That includes unlimited remote help sessions, support for hardware and software issues, system setup, and easy access to our online ticket portal. You’ll always get real people, real solutions, and a real response—same day or within 24 hours.

What happens if my issue can’t be resolved remotely?

If we can’t fix it remotely, we come to you. Onsite support is included for all clients in the greater Chicagoland area, and we’ll coordinate quickly so there’s minimal downtime for your business.

How quickly will you respond to my issues?

We respond same-day or within 24 hours — guaranteed. Most remote issues are handled in real-time or scheduled immediately depending on severity.

Who is this subscription best suited for?

Our subscription is ideal for small businesses with around 1–20 employees—though we can absolutely support larger teams, too. If you don’t have (or don’t want to manage) a full-time IT department, but still need fast, dependable tech help, we’re the perfect fit. Are there any surprise charges or hourly fees?
