Can I customize my IT package?

Who is this subscription best suited for?

Our subscription is ideal for small businesses with around 1–50 employees—though we can absolutely support larger teams, too. If you don’t have (or don’t want to manage) a full-time IT department, but still need fast, dependable tech help, we’re the perfect fit.

Are there any surprise charges or hourly fees?

Nope! Your flat yearly subscription covers all support services agreed upon. There are no surprise fees, and we don’t bill hourly.
